"THE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER OF
THE DEVOTION TO MOTION WORLD TOUR"

DESTINATION - NEW JERSEY, USA (home!)

Believe it or not, the day has come. The Devotion to Motion World Tour has come an end, but as you well know now from our writings, it is only the beginning. We are truly thankful for the opportunity that we were given to research ways to improve the quality of life for others and in the process ourselves. By visiting 26 countries in 14 months, we were able to identify many areas of the world where people want to visit, many of the countries where the more popular complementary forms of medicine originated, and millions of children who are seeking what we are all seeking, to love and to be loved. When one thinks of traveling around the world, one probably gets tired just thinking about it, but in all reality, it is actually quite small!

If you were to get caught up in all the different cultures, religions, professions, etc. then the world would seem endless. Though it is unlimited in many ways, you may want to simplify your perspective, as we did, by simply connecting with people. We connected with what is on the inside of people from all walks of life. That is where one’s true identity resides. That is where each and every individual is connected and that is where each and every one of us is unique. There is a belief that we are all created equal. We prefer to think of all people as being unique. What’s the difference? By being unique, we are saying that there is no one like you in this entire world. It does not mean that you are any better or any worse than anyone. Someone may have strengths and weaknesses in areas of his or her life while another individual may have different strengths and weaknesses in areas of his or her life. That makes each one unique, not necessarily equal.

Our research showed us that there is a gradual awakening evolving around the world as to how far we can expand the human spirit. Our findings also showed us just how much our minds can control us and keep us from growing and reaching our full potential. Overall, accessibility is improving on a global scale, but certainly is not where it should be. Progress is certainly noticeable and people are much more conscious of those with disabilities. The collective consciousness has yet to reach a level where action is transpiring. Money seems to be the major blockade to change; therefore, there are still many lessons we, as a collective group, need to learn before we can start to see major progress, not only in regards to accommodating the needs of people with disabilities, but in many other aspects of life. As Gandhi, the great spiritual leader of India, once said, "Be the change you want to see in the world." Don’t just sit back and wait for things to happen. Make a contribution to a project and maximize your talents.

In regards to our complementary medicine research, we witnessed positive results, to various degrees, in every modality we examined. Now, this is not to say that every treatment is right for you and can work for anyone. Each and every individual that we met who benefited from a type of treatment we researched, was in a state of undeniable belief, total certainty and clarity that the given treatment would work. As we have stated before, the power of belief is unquantifiable. That frustrates modern medicine. It frustrates families who are trying to cope with a loved one who appears to be helpless. It infuriates those who may have lost a loved one and are seeking to salvage some type of peace of mind. We wish it was possible to simply bottle "belief" and give it to everyone in need. The beautiful thing is that it is always at our disposal. It is not found outside you anywhere in the world...trust us, we have looked...but rather, it is within you. Continue to seek for that modality to which you are most connected. Every one is attractive and has some track record of benefiting others. The final decision must be yours, though. You will know what is right for you when you begin to trust yourself again and ultimately love yourself again!

Kids around the world are amazing! Why can’t we all bottle that innocence and live without an agenda all the time? We are told that we have to grow up all the time. Growing up physically is automatically going to happen as well as mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Where does the innocence and the playfulness go? Why do we become so serious? Why does a child automatically make us smile and the sight of an adult makes a child cringe at times? Once again, children are the best indicators of what it is that we want in life, to love and to be loved. Everything else that you desire in life will ultimately fall into one of these two categories. Before you program a child, take a long hard look in the mirror and make sure that you are not projecting your own issues or insecurities onto that innocent being. It was funny to see how many children were fascinated by a wheelchair and the person in it and very unfortunate to see the number of parents and guardians who ordered their children to stop what they were doing. Who laughs more during the course of a day, you or a child? Why? Only you can answer that! Thank you kids for bringing instant smiles to our faces and accepting us for who we really are. You all seem to bring us right back into the moment!
